Visit
Topkapi Palace, which
was the official residence of the Ottoman Sultans, starting
with Fatih Sultan Mehmet until 1856, when Abdülmecid moved
to the Dolmabahçe Palace, functioned as the administrative
center of the state. The tour program includes the Imperial
residence of Ottoman Sultans exhibiting Chinese porcelain, weapons,
calligraphy, section etc., but the Treasury and Harem sections
are not includes in the program, and are due to extra entry.
Visit
Suleymaniye Mosque,
which is considered as the most beautiful
of all imperial mosques in Istanbul. It was built between 1550 and
1557 by Sinan, the renowned architect of the Ottoman Empire's golden
age.The mosque was built
in the name of Süleyman The Magnificent.
